About the Department

The Department of Sanskrit at D.N.Y. College has been imparting quality undergraduate education since the college establishment in 1979. The department offers Sanskrit as an Honours and Subsidiary subject under the B.A. programme of L.N. Mithila University, Darbhanga.

Sanskrit language, grammar, and classical literature including Vedic and post-Vedic texts.
