About the Department

The Department of History at D.N.Y. College has been imparting quality undergraduate education since the college establishment in 1979. The department offers History as an Honours and Subsidiary subject under the B.A. programme of L.N. Mithila University, Darbhanga.

Ancient, medieval, and modern history of India and the world, with focus on Bihar and Mithila.
