General Rules for Students
- All students must carry their college identity card while on campus.
- Attendance of at least 75% in each subject is mandatory for university examinations.
- Students must maintain discipline and decorum within the college premises.
- Use of mobile phones in classrooms and the library is strictly prohibited.
- Ragging in any form is a punishable offence and will lead to immediate expulsion.
- Students must not indulge in any activity that disrupts the academic atmosphere.
- Damage to college property will attract disciplinary action and recovery of costs.
- Students are expected to be in proper dress while attending classes.
- Political activities within college premises require prior permission of the Principal.
- All students must follow the academic calendar and examination schedule.
Library Rules
- Silence must be maintained inside the library at all times.
- Books issued must be returned by the due date to avoid fine.
- Students must not mark, damage, or mutilate library books.
- Food and beverages are not permitted inside the library.
Anti-Ragging Policy
D.N.Y. College strictly follows UGC and Supreme Court guidelines on anti-ragging. Any form of ragging is a cognisable offence. Students found guilty will be expelled and may face legal action.
